"If you are looking for a Realtor®, your search is over. The Blue Wave Group is the Realtor® you want in your corner. My husband and I have not had the best of luck in the past with Realtors®. When we purchased our first home in 2018, it was a new build in Idaho and my father had just passed unexpectedly, so we were gone for a month dealing with all of that to come home to no progress being made on the house. The Realtor® we had at that time made no effort to stay on top of the progress and did not contact the contractor, my husband and I had to do it all. When my husband and I decided to purchase a condo in Florida, we were apprehensive about finding a Realtor®. I had met Steve over ten years ago before I joined the military and he was a good man then, so my husband and I decided to give him a call. What a blessing that has been! Purchasing or selling a home is a stressful process on top of the daily stresses in life. However, when you have a team like Steve, Tammy, and everyone else behind you it takes almost all the stress away. We ran into a few hurdles with the purchase of our condo but Steve was always on top of it. Additionally, the Blue Wave Group also took care of finding insurance, renegotiating several times, and so many other things, which made it so much easier for my husband and me to focus on the things we have going on up here in Idaho. The Blue Wave Group guided us through this process from Idaho without a trip down to Florida. It takes a lot of trust to purchase a home all the way across the United States without ever seeing it in person, but with the fact that Steve, his family, and colleagues all treat you like family, I would not trust anyone else to get the job done right. What a blessing it has been to have their help and we will contact y'all again in the future for all our home buying needs. We can not express our appreciation and gratitude enough.
